Our utility room was in need of some care. The wall behind the boiler hadn’t been completely plastered, which led to dampness and mold at its base. The old storage units were deteriorating, so a renovation became necessary. I hired a plasterer and an electrician to address the wall issues before designing and installing new units, a sink, and a worktop myself.
